(2) AppleCare+ hardware protection begins on the date of AppleCare+ purchase. If AppleCare+ is purchased up to 60 days after the date of iPad purchase, AppleCare+ hardware protection will not be effective until that date. Technical support begins after the expiration of Apple's standard 90-day coverage, which begins from the date of iPad purchase. Both types of coverage end after 24 months from the AppleCare+ purchase date.

(3) Service is only available for iPad, included genuine accessories, a compatible Apple Pencil and a compatible Apple iPad Keyboard used with iPad, and provides coverage for (i) batteries that are less than 80% of their original capacity and (ii) up to two accidental damage repairs within 12 months, each of which is subject to a service fee of €49 for iPad and €29 for Apple Pencil or Apple iPad Keyboard. Any unused Accidental Damage repairs will expire and you will receive two additional Accidental Damage repairs to use during the next 12 months of continuous coverage. Replacement parts or equipment provided by Apple as part of a repair or replacement may be new products or products with comparable performance and reliability. 4. Technical support shall provide access to technical consultancy services for which the customer would normally be charged fees.
