Prices, Shipping & delivery

Prices:
The prices quoted on the product pages are final prices including the current statutory value-added tax plus shipping costs and any C.O.D. charges. The prices at the time of the order are always valid.

The prices shown on EduStore.de include special conditions for "eligible individuals". These are: Teachers, employees and parents of students of an eligible school.

Shipping Costs & Delivery:
We currently only deliver within Germany. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of 7.90 euros (incl. VAT) per order for shipping your goods within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

How we shipped?

We deliver within Germany. The costs for insured shipping are 7,90 EUR (incl. VAT) per order. Usually all our deliveries are made by UPS, DHL, Trans-o-flex or GLS. The delivery is carried out by shipment from stock to the address provided by the customer. Shipments to post office boxes and poste restante shipments are not possible. Orders will only be delivered if all previous deliveries have already been paid for. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Information on calculating the delivery time

The period for the delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or with other payment methods (e.g. Paypal) on the day after contract conclusion to run and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Note about Paypal: When paying by Paypal it can happen that Paypal does not release the payment immediately for the merchant. Please note that we have no influence on this and can therefore only send the goods after release of payment by Paypal.

Attention: The complete processing of your order and the associated delivery can only take place when we have all the necessary certificates for the order (see also above).

The customer can expect delivery times of 2 - 4 days. We refer to possibly deviating delivery times, in particular with freely configurable products, on the respective product side.

All information about expected delivery dates or delivery periods are non-binding, unless they have been expressly agreed as binding between the seller and the customer. If, in the event of an expressly agreed delivery date, the Seller is in default of delivery and the Customer then sets a grace period, this shall be at least two weeks. If the seller allows this grace period to expire without result, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.

If an article should not be available so fast as an exception once, then the salesman informs the customer as fast as possible the date of delivery. If delivery is delayed by more than two weeks, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. In addition, in this case the seller is also entitled to withdraw from the contract. If the product is permanently unavailable, the seller refrains from a declaration of acceptance. In this case a contract is not concluded.
The seller reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this seems advantageous for a quick processing and is reasonable for the customer. Should a partial delivery occur, the seller will of course bear the additional shipping costs. No further costs arise for the customer as a result.

Should the Seller not be able to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer through no fault of his own, as a supplier does not fulfil his contractual obligations, the Seller expressly reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

In all cases in which delivery is not possible, the seller will immediately refund any payments already made by the customer.

Note for damage in transit

If goods with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents are delivered, the customer must, without prejudice to his warranty rights, immediately complain to the forwarder/freight service and refuse to accept the goods or have a statement of facts acknowledged by the driver, and immediately contact Alpha Sales Computer GmbH (by telephone or e-mail) so that any deadlines can be met vis-à-vis the forwarder/freight service.
